Esther Renee is...

She serves as an executive in the world of business with over 25 years of experience in a human resources focused career. Concurrently, she uses her diverse giftings as a multi-passionate ‘Ministerpreneur’ in the areas of professional & personal development, platform advocacy, and most things pageant related. Yet and still; since 2013, she has progressively fulfilled her greatest purpose as a ‘guide on the side’ to help others REACH Freedom from past life experiences, traumas, and choices by embracing their identity; winning spiritual battles; and walking in the fulfillment of their destiny scrolls.

Just like her namesake in the Bible, it is only fitting that Esther is destined to wear a crown. A lover of all thing’s pageantry, she has participated in local, state, and national pageants while focusing on promoting her perpetual platform of engaging, educating, and empowering females in all things Self- Esteem. In 2006, she launched the Be yoU…Do yoU…Love yoU!” (BUDULU) brand which led to her founding the BUDULU Foundation, a non-profit organization providing support for self-esteem related research and initiatives. Be it as an executive, author, coach, podcaster, mediator, trainer, or speaker – she keeps the main thing the main thing – to help people find their wings and to soar!

My Heart

Answering the mandate on my life (Isaiah 61); fulfilling a major aspect of my spirit and soul’s reason for being; and most importantly, bearing witness to the manifestation of the word, will work, and way of God. These are the three pillars that speak to why, with joy and compassion, I do what I do!

With humility, I count it an honor and privilege to heed your soul’s yearning to REACH Freedom.

Since 2010, I have progressively walked out a one-on-one journey with the Godhead traversing deeper levels of spiritual growth and preparedness (Romans 12:2). This journey focused on equipping me for such a time as this (Esther 4:14) with specific and diverse tools of warfare (Ephesians 6) – all for you! With God directing my path (Proverbs 3:5-6) and strengthening me for service (Galatians 5:14 & 6:2) I am ready to help you realize a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11) as well as to walk fearlessly into being a Kingdom overcomer (Revelation 12:10-11). Esther’s knowledge and experience in the Courts of Heaven and seer gift is really helpful in me seeing blind spots and recognizing there is more I can grow in. I’m a seer/prophet and this is like going in for a tune up.

I appreciate being able to discuss my matters with someone who can handle the weight and give me pointers along with living a life of integrity. It affects delivery & execution. I haven’t had the ability to safely sort out matters in years with a coach/counselor. I appreciate her decision to be on this platform. I’m reaping great benefits.

With the exception of two outer letters being different on our Meyers Briggs assessment, she’s my ride or die coach. I needed help with dream interpretation that was distressing me greatly, she helped minister to a little that showed up and was trying to protect me in session (that was totally unexpected and caught me off guard) she’s helping me understand the courts of heaven process & helping me chart my goal of launching my own business. She even understands my cultural concerns. How can you articulate when someone is such a great help in getting you up and running on your feet? It even blessed me that she offered a couple free sessions. That really helped as I lost another job in a six month timespan. I have no complaints.

Esther has been a God send at just the right time. I have had many years of counseling and “freedom from trauma” labor. I was in a place that I needed transition support while I moved from the intense labor of healing to beginning to live life. She has definitely been a breath of fresh air that has helped to give me courage and hope to step out into the callings Jesus put in my spirit, long before all the trauma occurred. Esther’s God-given ability to hear from heaven on my behalf has helped to grow my confidence and courage to walk out all that He has put into my heart.
