General Policies

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling of any determined appointments should be well before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within the 24-hour period prior to any session are discouraged.
  2. Refunds will not be issued for any no-call/no-show for a session. Refunds will also not be issued if a client’s technology fails at the time of their scheduled session. It is the client’s responsibility to have a secure electronic device and internet connection available to them at the time of their session.
  3. Being 15 minutes or more late to a session without prior communication will be considered a no-call/no-show. The coach will not be required to start the session after this 15 minute provision but may choose to at their own discretion.
  4. If a client is late to a session, the coach will not be required to “make up” that time by going past the session’s scheduled end.
  5. There will be no refunds for any session cancelled by the client less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, unless this cancellation is authorized by the selected coach.
  6. The disclosure of specific and detailed plans to commit criminal activity, not limited to specific plans to inflict harm upon themselves and/or another human being, may be reported by the Company and/or Coach to authorities in certain cases. Mandatory reporting requires that the Company and/or Coach report confessions of child and/or elder abuse to proper authorities in all cases.
  7. Public or private slander regarding coaches, company employees and/or contractors, Bride Ministries Inc’s employees, contractors, leadership (including the Bride Ministries Inc Board Members), volunteers and/or their family members is grounds for immediate termination of the coaching relationship with Bride Ministries Coaching.
